so i started by:

Article 4, Rule 5(a) Unless the nature and value of such goods have been declared by the shipper before shipment and inserted in the bill of lading......exceeding he equivalent of 10,000 francs per pakage or unit....

so that was wt i wrote.... dunno izit acceptable..HAHA...but there was seriously no time, when i had to point and copy out 3 rules in one question in 10minutes time.
